Some of my coaching successes are

...helping people beat their inner demons, gain confidence to try new things, achieve clarity and control of their work & career, hit goals and targets, and find the time and space to excel.

What do you love about coaching?

The 'connection' of working closely with people - but especially, seeing people succeed in tackling their challenges and achieving their goals.

What's your favourite movie and why?

Monty Python's Life of Brian. It's irreverent and very funny.

What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?

Walk, talk, potter, family - it's usually a very relaxed time.

What do we need to transform our world?

Phew! Big question. A little more time for ourselves and each other, perhaps. And more smiles!

Which three words describe you best?

Enthusiastic, positive, grounded.

How do you support your well-being?

I'm good at enjoying the moment, whether it's a hobby (golf, guitar, writing), appreciating the different people in my life, or being outdoors.

What is the craziest thing you've ever done?

Got married aged 20 - no shotguns involved! Still happily driving each other crazy 30-something years later.

What is your greatest ambition?

To play my guitar well enough to sing the blues in public. I'm getting there slowly and surely - also to have a close encounter with a blue whale

Personal message

I love coaching. I'm supportive, enthusiastic and can help you get great results.
