What do you love about coaching?

There's so much to love about it... being involved when a client experiences their 'light bulb' moment is the best though - you can't buy this feeling it's priceless & inspirational!

What's your favourite movie and why?

The Star Wars films - because the 'force' is within all of us - even if we don't always realize it. A great analogy for coaching on so many levels.

What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?

Share a leisurely lunch with family & friends, enjoy the wonder of the countryside, relax with music, read a book.

What do we need to transform our world?

Respect for different values & beliefs & a greater tolerance for opposing views.

Which three words describe you best?

Positive, happy, energized.

How do you support your well-being?

I eat healthily, do things simply because I enjoy them & laugh a lot.

What is the craziest thing you've ever done?

Well I guess that would be walking over hot coals - even more crazily I did it twice!

What is your greatest ambition?

To enjoy the abundance in life & help others to enjoy it too through coaching!

What is your top tip for embracing change?

I keep looking for the benefits & the positives - even if they are not apparent to you they will be there if you seek to find them. I think of change as an adventure where I expand my comfort zone, keeping ideas fresh, challenging myself and maybe others too! Have a look at 'Who Moved my Cheese' - a great analogy for how some of us view and respond to change.

Personal message

If wellness is important to you & you want to take positive action to enhance this aspect of your life I urge you to act - your results may astound you & you may wonder why you waited until now. I know I astounded myself when I did & am now enjoying the very best of times.
