Some of my coaching successes are

Possessing the ability to connect with my all clients which enables them to produce meaningful, lasting and fulfilling changes in their lives.

What do you love about coaching?

...being reminded of our limitless potential and how I can serve others to explore theirs

What's your favourite movie and why?

'The Birdcage'... because I love to laugh & I enjoy the humour & music of this movie. I also like the way the film exposes the facades people erect & the roles we all sometimes feel we have to play. I think that Hank Azaria is an unsung comic genius.

What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?

Playing football at the park with my sons or mountain biking. Sitting out with family & friends sharing a meal, cracking jokes & sharing stories.

What do we need to transform our world?

Greater self awareness, more contribution & connectedness, less attachment to the material; more inspiring leaders & role models, to reconnect with nature & its' rhythms & patterns.

Which three words describe you best?

Passionate, Adventurous, Positive

How do you support your well-being?

I have an holistic approach to wellness which attends to the mind, body & spirit. Aside from effective nutrition, exercise & self esteem, I commit to Yoga, Reading, Chanting & Laughter.

What is the craziest thing you've ever done?

Well I guess that would be walking over hot coals - even more crazily I did it twice!

What is your greatest ambition?

To get through life alive and to die young, as late as possible, having made a small dent on the Universe!

What is your top tip for embracing change?

Remember, we can never become who we need or want to be by remaining the way we are. Come to embrace change as growth, not grief. As opportunity, not loss.

Personal message

Change is inevitable. Change never leaves you where it finds you. It will either strengthen you or weaken you - the choice is always yours, regardless of what happens to you.

Choose to control the direction of change in your favour by setting goals for your personal wellness and fulfilment.

Frame and focus your intentions, goals and self talk towards the changes you DO want rather than the changes you don't want, or even resisting change itself.
