Career History

I worked in the City of London for sixteen years within an HR department as the head of health and wellbeing. I left 'corporate' life in 2003 to have my son and set up my own coaching practice.

Some of my coaching successes are

Helping someone move on from a job and start a new career, supporting someone back to work after a period of severe illness and helping them grow in confidence, helping someone see that they are in control and can handle anything.

What do you love about coaching?

Having the privilege to work with people who want to change their lives.

What's your favourite movie and why?

The way we were - Robert Redford and Barbara Streisand because... I love a bit of romance.

What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?

Read the papers, drink lattes and play games with my son Ted.

What do we need to transform our world?

Respect and recognition that everyone has something to contribute. Oh, and the calorific content of cheddar cheese!

Which three words describe you best?

Bubbly, loving and energetic.

What is your top tip for embracing change?

See the opportunity in every difficulty - change is an opportunity to grow so grab it with both hands and enjoy the ride!

What is the craziest thing you've ever done?

Jumped out of an airplane - more than once!

What is your greatest ambition?

To live my life to the best of my ability surrounded by people that love me.
