How does it work?
A manufacturing company identified that they had a significant issue with employee engagement and this was resulting in high levels of sickness absence. Our team designed a research project to uncover what was causing the lack of motivation and begin to create a environment where people felt valued, listened to and consulted.
Outcomes
- Morale and engagement demonstrated through lower sickness hours and attrition was significantly improved
- Engagement ideas generated from the workshops were reviewed by the senior management team and implemented across the organisation
- The existing benefits package was revised to more accurately reflect the needs and requirements of the organisation
- The football team theme was continued to present further consultation workshops in the future
