MindFit™ in schools

Our MindFit™ Programme offers training and development to staff within schools and equips them with the emotional intelligence and skills to deliver ongoing emotional wellbeing development programmes to other staff and students.

Each area within the programmes can be mapped and measured against key OFSTED success criteria to demonstrate behavioural change and return on investment.

We've seen real increased mental and emotional strength within staff and students

Staff programmes

The concept behind MindFit™ is to first develop the emotional wellbeing of the staff within a school or college, giving them the opportunity to experience the impact of healthy relationships and strategies on the way they handle the increasing pressures within the education sector. Programmes include:

MindFit™ Leadership develops effective and dynamic leaders.

MindFit™ Teams builds strong resilient teams.

MindFit™ One raises awareness of personal effectiveness of individuals through exceptional communication and relationship building, focussing on the practical development and application of skills and behaviours to support the team and each other.

Student Programmes

Student programmes are delivered by the school or college's own staff, once they have been through the MindFit™ programmes themselves. This builds sustainability into the development of the emotional intelligence, resilience and effectiveness of the school or college.

The student programmes are designed for several areas:

Behaviour and attendance - building self esteem, personal responsibility and communication skills.

Speaking and listening - developing strong communication skills, attitudes and behaviours in KS3 and KS4.

Confidence and assertiveness - building self esteem, personal belief and confident communication.
