A large retail organisation with an existing wellbeing strategy wanted to 'raise their game' and where they had previously focussed their resources on traditional health areas such as nutrition, fitness and relaxation this had had a limited impact on the wellness of their staff, absence and occupational health costs.

Due to the diversity of their organisation; regular approaches to working on attitudes and behaviours would be challenging so the team developed a series of coaching cards that store representatives can use in coaching circles to challenge existing attitudes and behaviours and link wellness, performance and happiness together. These cards also encouraged store reps to communicate what they had learnt on the shop floor to colleagues and customers.
