Who we are
We've designed and delivered programmes ranging from leadership and development courses for large numbers of employees over several months to one off strategic development days to one to one executive coaching both in the UK and overseas. We love the challenge of an organisation who asks us to create something specifically for them - helping them move from great to outstanding, and for it to be an enjoyable and energising experience. TWP was founded in September 2006. We (Tracy Skyrme and Liz Wilson) have many years of business experience between us but most importantly we share strong common interests in our love of creativity, desire to make a difference and our joie de vivre, all of which are captured in our unique style - fun plays a large part in our modus operandi!
Our expertise is in behavioural change. Personal and corporate success depends on our ability to adapt our behaviour, be flexible and build effective relationships. Through our original and energising courses and programmes we create a safe environment, a work playground for you to experiment in and try out new ways to lead, manage and develop your emotional intelligence.

Our network
Our people are outstanding qualified, professional coaches and facilitators with a varied and exciting breadth of experience and backgrounds. We ask that all our coaches have regular supervision, demonstrate outstanding self-awareness and positive self-esteem and attend our CPD days to develop their skills and knowledge. They abide by our Code of Conduct and are independently members of various professional bodies.
We handpick our associates for each project to ensure the best fit for both our clients and network.
